I hold a Master of Law from UNAM, I'm a public official, and an enthusiast of artificial intelligence, its governance, and the ethical development of technology. I've spent over a decade working at the intersection of law, digital policy, and the Mexican public sector. I currently serve at the Contraloría del Estado de Jalisco, I'm a member of the Law & AI Research Line at IIJ-UNAM, and Secretary General of AMCID. I'm studying Data Science and AI at Universidad de Guadalajara, and stepping into the world of vibe coding and spec-driven development. I believe law and technology need each other — and I'm interested in building at that frontier, in service of access to justice.
